- Claim ownership of the Products or the copyrights associated with them.
Consequences of Violating the Non-Exclusive licence:
If you violate the terms of the Non-Exclusive licence, CrayonToon Studios reserves the right to take legal action, including terminating your licence to use the Products and pursuing any other remedies available to us under law.
2. Exclusive licence (For Specific Products)
A limited number of our products may be offered with an Exclusive licence. This grants you the exclusive right to use the Product after purchase, subject to the terms of the specific licence agreement provided with the Exclusive Product. With an Exclusive licence, ownership of that specific Product is transferred to you.

Payment and Refunds

This Terms and Conditions agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between CrayonToon Studios, a company incorporated and operating under the laws of India, with its principal place of business in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India (“CrayonToon Studios”), and you, the user (“you”).
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Without prejudice to the foregoing, you agree that the exclusive venue for any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
You irrevocably waive, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any objection that you may have to the laying of venue or forum non-conveniens to any proceeding brought in accordance with this section.
